Refunds & Cancellation

1. Scope

This page sets out, in full, how refunds and cancellations work for payments made toward Family Safety Saturday, Four Winds Fundamentals and the True North Program, consistent with the summary in our Terms & Conditions.

2. Governing consumer law

As a Manitoba business, Tactical Taekwondo Limited provides these terms consistent with The Consumer Protection Act (Manitoba). Nothing here limits a right you hold under that Act.

3. Full-refund window

Cancelling at least 7 days before a Family Safety Saturday date, or before the second session of Fundamentals or True North, qualifies for a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Late cancellation

Cancelling after the full-refund window is reviewed case by case; we would usually offer a reschedule to the next available date rather than a refund, except where exceptional circumstances apply.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email [email protected] or call +1 204-261-0174 with your name and the course booked. Include the date you registered if you have it handy.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

7. Non-refundable circumstances

Individually missed sessions within an already-started course, and cancellation requests made after a course has fully concluded, are not refundable.

8. Cancellations we initiate

If we cancel a session for capacity reasons or circumstances outside our control, affected students receive a full refund or a rebooking at no additional cost, their choice.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above shows the last revision.
